Se former dans une école agréée, c’est attester :
– d’un cycle de formation initiale comportant au moins 200 heures d’enseignements, 90 heures de pratique attestée et 10 heures de pratique supervisée
– d’un examen final en présence d’au moins un modèle et deux examinateurs
– du respect de la structure du référentiel métier de masseur·se, praticien·ne en massages bien-être, qui s’organise en trois blocs de compétences :

Positionner sa pratique professionnelle et construire une offre de MBE
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre une séance de massage bien‐être
Créer, gérer et développer une activité professionnelle de Praticien en massage bien-être

À l’issue du cursus PMBE, KerAnanda délivre :
– une attestation de compétences,
– un certificat de formation attestant que l’élève a suivi un cursus agréé FFMBE.

Pour les modules d’acquisition de compétences complémentaires relevant de la formation professionnelle continue, KerAnanda délivre une attestation de compétences. Ces modules figurent sur le catalogue de la FFMBE.

La certification Qualiopi est essentielle en tant que formateur indépendant car elle contribue à :

Rassurer les clients sur la qualité des offres de formation proposées ;
Bénéficier de sources de financement variées ;
Être reconnu officiellement et sur le plan national pour la qualité des formations proposées ;
Offrir une plus grande transparence des offres de formations auprès des personnes et des entreprises.

Qualiopi garantit qu’un organisme de formation est conforme au Référentiel National de Qualité (RNQ) :

un professionnalisme de la démarche et du processus mis en place pour chaque formation,
l’éligibilité aux financements publics ou mutualisés.

La certification Qualiopi est basée sur le Référentiel National Qualité (RNQ). Ce référentiel est composé de 7 critères, déclinés en 22 indicateurs qui s’appliquent à l’ensemble des prestataires (tronc commun), auxquels s’ajoutent 10 indicateurs spécifiques (aux formations certifiantes, à l’apprentissage…) :

Les conditions d’information du public sur les prestations proposées, les délais pour y accéder et les résultats obtenus ;
L’identification précise des objectifs des prestations proposées et l’adaptation de ces prestations aux publics bénéficiaires, lors de la conception des prestations ;
L’adaptation aux publics bénéficiaires des prestations et des modalités d’accueil, d’accompagnement, de suivi et d’évaluation mises en œuvre ;
L’adéquation des moyens pédagogiques, techniques et d’encadrement aux prestations mises en œuvre ;
La qualification et développement des connaissances et compétences des personnels chargés de mettre en œuvre les prestations ;
L’inscription et investissement du prestataire dans son environnement professionnel ;
Le recueil et prise en compte des appréciations et des réclamations formulées par les parties prenantes aux prestations délivrées.

Sachez qu’une certification n’est pas définitive !
Après un premier audit, elle est valable 3 ans…. mais en réalité, à mi-parcours, un nouvel audit est conduit afin de vérifier le respect des critères d’éligibilité. En fonction des résultats, l’organisme dispose d’un délai de 3 ou 6 mois pour procéder à une remise à niveau contrôlée sans quoi la certification peut-être suspendue voire annulée. La dernière année, un nouvel audit est réalisé afin de valider la reconduction de la certification.

Une formation Qualiopi se doit de respecter les étapes ci-dessous. C’est pour vous en tant qu’élève un gage de qualité, de sérieux, de professionnalisme. Soyez vigilant et validez bien tous ces éléments lorsque vous vous engagez dans une formation auprès d’un organisme.

Avant l’action de formation :

Définition du besoin / analyse de faisabilité
Positionnement formation en amont (prérequis du stagiaire rempli à la main, questionnaire préalable)
Déroulé pédagogique
Ressources et outils pédagogiques sous forme d’accompagnement numérique personnalisé (LMS)

Pendant / Après l’action de formation

Feuille de présence signée par les stagiaires et le formateur à la demi-journée, avec précision du nombre d’heures ou Attestation d’assiduité et de présence complétée et signée si la formation est réalisée à distance via une plateforme e-learning
Ressources et outils pédagogiques sous forme d’accompagnement numérique personnalisé (LMS)
Fiche d’évaluation de formation complétée par chaque stagiaire pour l’ensemble de la formation
Résultats de l’évaluation des acquis avec visa (taux de performance à préciser: Insatisfaisant ou peu satisfaisant, ou satisfaisant ou très satisfaisant) et commentaire sur les compétences acquises
Attestation nominative de fin de formation avec mention des Résultats d’évaluation des acquis, dont l’original doit être remis à chaque stagiaire
Questionnaire de satisfaction client complété par le client/donneur d’ordre de la formation
Certificat de réalisation de formation OPCO pour les formations financées par des fonds publics, à compléter pour chaque stagiaire

1 à 6 mois après l’action de formation

Auto-évaluation de l’action de Formation complétée par le formateur*
Ressources et outils pédagogiques sous forme d’accompagnement numérique personnalisé (LMS)
Après l’action de formation (1 à 6 mois selon l’évaluation réalisée avec l’entreprise et le ou les stagiaires)
Protocole Individuel de Formation FOAD-AFEST pour une action de formation intra-entreprise comprenant une partie ouverte ou à distance (FOAD) et/ou en situation de travail (AFEST)
